I think that hurst makes them and you can put it on anything but I’m not really sure.

Yes
It’s fairly agricultural feeling, but it’s not bad. Definitely not the worst shifter I’ve felt.

How was it? Rev hang? Throws?
Also, what trim/engine please?

How was it?

Fine
Not terrible, at least compared to the FiST or my Dad’s Ram
Not crazy long, somewhat notchy. It’s fairly decent for what it is, and it’s on a truck with 315k miles.
2008 Tacoma 2.7/5 speed.

Thanks!
So no rev hang?

It was fun in my opinion, I really enjoyed it.
I thought it was surprisingly sporty, overall not bad for a truck. The manual is nice to shift around, and the throws are alright. It is a truck so the shifter is a little notchy.
I drove a 2006 Tacoma 4.0/6-speed 4X4.

Awesome, thanks. any rev hang?
I’d imagine with the TRD short shifter it would tighten it up even more.

I don’t remember any rev hang at all.
Yeah a TRD short shifter would make it feel sportier.

I have many times. Didn’t care for it honestly. Both were RWD 2.7s, if that means anything. Long legged.
